Cruel. You walked out the door as I was in tears telling you there is something wrong telling me I need therapy. You refused to even help get the hydralic injection. Told me to call my insurance when you all should have to get the approval like my currento othopedic did. I told you the back of my knee is getting progressibly worse. Had you done a diagnositic surgery you would have seen MY ACL WAS GONE!!!! After ur neglect I did find a orthopedic who took my pain serious and grateful for that. You have some excellent reviews which is why I went to you. But you dropped the ball with me and also fraudebtly billed my insurance. You did not do the cortizone shot under ultrasoud. I ended up haveing a ACL reconstruction. Yor PA Lidnsay was a joke. I told her goe my bakers cyst hurt. She said "thry normally dont hurt" Ok if they normally dont hurt then something is wrong. The knee pain was from ACL. The pain the past 6 months has been horrible. Im glad I foubd a dr who took me serious unlike you.

Dr. Swaringer has been very attentive to my needs and concerns. She knows that I am looking forward to getting back to 100%, yet she cares about my overall health and wellness above my impatience. I would definitely recommend her and she is not like other doctors I've encountered in Worker's Compensation incidents. She is not just looking to put me back to work before she feels I'm ready. Although my boredom at home tells me I'm ready...lol.

She treated my daughter following a car accident. She was attentive and very friendly. She explained everything in simple terms that everyone could understand. She spent time answering all of our questions. Overall, I would highly recommend her.

I had the exceptional good fortune of becoming Dr. Jennifer Swaringen's patient at a despondent point in my painful life of the past 10 years. Having severe and chronic shoulder and neck pain, I needed relief now! I arrived at her office for my first appointment and immediately commenced with a series of at least 20 very specific xrays that accurately substantiated my problem, severe deterioration of my shoulder joints and osteoarthritis of my neck. Dr. Swaringen entered my exam room with a smile that would cure any ills one had. I immediately felt relief knowing the right person was going to help me. She listened attentively to my symptoms and history, explained my exays to me and then told me that surgery at this point was not the answer. This is exactly what I wanted to hear not looking forward to the post surgery recuperation. She recommended periodic steroid injections as needed and administered them immediately and my pain disappeared.
Dr. Swaringen is a very educated, compassionate and empathic doctor. I have a forty year history with orthopaedic surgeons and she is by far the best yet! I had a late Friday afternoon appointment and she was extremely generous alloting all the time I needed to question her. I left her office happier and calmer than when I arrived. She is caring, kind and considerate of her patient's unique needs. Her staff's attitude is exceptional and very accomodating to any personal issues or handicaps one may have.
Thank you Dr. Swaringen. I salute you and highly recommend you to patients who expect nothing but the best in their healthcare. Many of your patients have recommended you as a good doctor, but I am going one step furtrher to also recommend you as a great human being showing so much attention with compassion.
