The owner Rich is phenomenal. Me and my son drove hour in a half to this shop after a previous shop was out to just make a dollar and not the well being of the product. Rich took his time and explain in details the product my son was purchasing making the experience overall well worth the drive and go shop. I will

Epic hobby is a fantastic RC Hobby Shop even their customers are helpful to other customers I went in there to see about selling an older motor for an airplane nitro motor and the customer helped me out as much as the shop owner it's a great place to go for your RC stuff

Had an issue with the transmitter so I took it to these guys...explained what was happening...he took the car not 5 mins later , here u go no charge...hard to find helpful and friendly people anymore but these guys have it down to the tee

Called to ask a question and buy a part. one phone number is disconnected. and the second took multiple tries. When someone did answer the call the gave no help. They advised they were to busy working on their track. Rude people who don't want to help their customers. I called traxxis an bought my parts on line.

From NY, always a pleasure to stop in for rc boat equipment I may need while I stay in Florida for a mom visit with a good size water holding lake. We call it Lake Wannabe. But it's perfect.
The guys here a great , fair pricing and since I'm just a part time boater they always help me get my boat going.
