I liked the facility. I really liked the staff. The nurse was very nice and easy to talk to. Shannon was very nice and went through my medical records and we discussed what my issues were. She spent time with me,I didn’t feel rushed. . I really like her and am happy to find someone that is in the town that I live in without having to drive somewhere like Cedar Park or Round Rock.

Dr. Shannon was great, the staff not so much.
Dr. Shannon ask me to come back to give a urine sample test for my blood sugar, and the staff and lobotomist refused , said my doctor had to be there..
I waited a half day at work to come get this done, so very unhappy with them for waisting my time...

She is amazing and I am so happy that she is my new doctor. The staff is amazing and so helpful. I love how she explains everything to me. Makes sure I understand everything before I leave. My husband is going to start seeing her too I am truly very happy with her and her staff. Thank you

Shannon and her staff are the best. Everything is done in a timely manner. Not much time spent waiting. Shannon is very personable, answers all questions fully and is never in a hurry to get to the next patient.

Shannon is the Chuck Norris of healthcare. I just started going to after moving back to Lago Vista and I initially chose her practice because it’s such a short drive. I’m so grateful for her knowledge and how she didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The entire staff there is a reflection of her sunny disposition and helpfulness!
