Zero stars, doesn't stand behind their product, in fact won't even repair their product. Five years in a home and their product is falling apart. Poor construction, shocking really. This would have been the second repair in five years by the way. Maybe they're going out of business, regardless I would never use them.

Pretty horrible customer service. They installed the wrong type of window beading on the exterior portion of my windows (a non uv resistant vinyl material), and now they’re refusing to replace them—even after admitting to installing the wrong type of material. They state that it’s my fault that they’ve all warped to the point where they had either completely fallen out of the window or were hanging there by a thread and had to be removed. Some of which were blocking the window track preventing me from opening my window. When the tech came out, straight away he accused me of forcefully pulling them out, and after I explained that that wasn’t the case, he implied that I was a liar, stormed off back to his truck and left. Not a care or concern all. This company doesn’t stand behind their work and will for any excuse to get out of honoring the warranty.

I had a problem yesterday with their employees driving their company vehicles going in and out of traffic almost hit me and another car causing an accident they think it's funny when I went to go try saying something to them
