Some might think old fat guys to be the most delightful patients a doctor could have and as much as I would like to agree, I know that can’t possibly be true. Beautiful, bright and very clean office. Every person from front office staff to physician assistant to Dr. Gallardo was so welcoming and pleasant. For the first time, I feel like I’ve found a really great office and practitioner. Would recommend to anyone looking for a GP in the Palm Harbor area.

I was a new patient and they had an opening day I was evacuating for hurricane. My anxiety was thru the roof and I was very wired. They never judged me, treated me negatively or unimportant, so different from my previous doctors. Every person from front desk to doctor was so kind and genuine. Dr. Gallardo truly listened. I am SO VERY thankful I was able to get into her and my daughter goes for her visit next week. Happy patient here!!

Great experience overall here! Dr. Gallardo is honestly the BEST primary care Dr. I have ever had. She is kind, patient, and actually takes the time to get to know you so that shows she actually cares. Front office check in was good too, and also setting up and scheduling an appt was great too. Overall great Dr. & great facility! Thank you! Highly recommend!!

Extremely disappointed. My brother was diagnosed with a serious health condition. Was only given enough medication from the hospital for 30 days. Hospital explained the importance of following up asap with a primary. Had an appointment scheduled for May 21st that we made a month ago. They just called 4 days before the appointment saying they had to cancel and could not reschedule until September. They offered no accommodations. They Refused to help find another BAYCARE provider in the area that could accommodate the appointment. Absolutely unbelievable!
