Dr. Duncan does add that extra touch with a senior dog as does his staff. I had a family member lose their dog recently and I wished (they live out of state) that they could have had as excellent a team during their dog’s life. My cat has a couple of health issues so that I have to rely on good doctor like Dr. Rafferty. He always carefully checks my cat and gives me advice. He has lots of knowledge and experiences. When he found an issue, he didn't take any risk and introduced me to a specialist. Dr. Rafferty, his technicians, and receptionists are always very kind and nice. I highly recommend Circle C animal Hospital.

The staff here really cares about your pet it feels like family. They have gone above and beyond taking care of our dog, as he was going through some health challenges Dr. Duncan called and kept us updated even after business hours when test results came in. Would highly recommend.

I am embarrassed to admit this...but I am an overbearing dog mom who calls for every little thing and the team here is always so patient with me and always super understanding. The staff is The vet techs and receptionists dote on my dog and sneak him an extra biscuit here or there. Dr. Duncan is always so friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They're always so responsive and I always get any test results back super quickly. They even have some resident cats that my pup LOVES.(Plus there is a Starbucks and Tomlinsons nearby so my dog always gets spoiled after each vet trip).

This is a great office! I was referred here by usual vet at Highland's Pet Medical Clinic for my Pomeranian's dental. From start to finish everybody was so friendly and helpful! They made it super easy to schedule and did a great job communicating before and after the procedure. Dr Rafferty and Margaret are both amazing; you can tell they both take pride in what they do and that they care a lot about their furry patients.

Prices are outrageous compared to other vets in Austin. Tech did not offer to try and get a stool or urine sample but sent me home with vials to collect on my own and drop off within 30 days. Vet was not friendly and seemed afraid of my small pet. Would not return.
